Senior Lecturer:  Financial Management

Requirements:

 CA(SA)/CIMA/ACCA  A relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage  At least five (5) years working experience with at least 3 years teaching at a higher education institution;  Good theoretical knowledge of the discipline;  Good communication skills.

Key Performance Areas:

 Facilitate learning in financial management by taking charge of learning material development, tutorials, lecturers and assessments.  Engage in scholarly or specific research  Initiate or take part in community-based projects initiated by the school.

Core competencies:

 Possession of in-depth knowledge of management accounting and finance  Effective problem-solving skills and critical thinking  Excellent work ethic  Good interpersonal skills and ability to exist and function as a member of a team  Ability to take initiative and to work independently.
