REMUNERATION: R96 549 PER ANNUM

Minimum requirements: Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Experience: Appropriate experience as a Cleaner in a health facility
• Experience in the use of cleaning equipment, cleaning materials and cleaning detergents
• Appropriate experience in infection control and occupational health and safety.
Inherent requirements of the job:
Ability to work fl exible hours. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Fluency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape]
• Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles.
Duties (key result areas/outputs): Provide a clean, hygienic environment in and outside the health care facility to prevent the spread of infection
• General cleaning and maintenance
• Ensure care of cleaning equipment
• Actively involved in infection control and occupational health and safety activities • Optimal support to supervisor and colleagues.
