Old Mutual Life Assurance is seeking suitably qualified individuals for these opportunities.

You will be responsible for providing needs-based financial advice and education to clients in the middle to high-income market, in order to
build long-term stakeholder relationships and increase market share.



Duties and responsibilities will include: • identifying viable client opportunities • actively networking and prospecting to build relationships • focused use of resources to build a cost-effective structure • identifying marketing needs and opportunities • meeting sales targets.

The successful applicant should substantially meet the following requirements: • at least 24 months’ current experience as a Financial Adviser • have completed a relevant qualification at NQF level 5 • RE qualification • proven relationship/ networking/influencing skills • proven presentation skills • proven data analysis skills for different clients, e.g. financial planning process • advanced level of computer literacy • good planning and organising skills • resilience • results-driven • ability to meet customer expectations • ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative way.

Competitive commission structure, pension fund and medical aid.

Suitable candidates with no industry experience will qualify for a conditional income of R10 250.
