Financial Aid Manager
(Salary R356 289 – R419 679 p.a plus benefits)
This is a permanent position.

• Manage and implement the financial aid processes and procedures (DHET/NSFAS) • Accurate timeous completion of bursary application submissions to NSFAS • Planning and supervising financial aid logistics on all campuses • Manage performance of Financial Aid Staff • Report to all relevant stakeholders relating to financial aid services • Analysis and completion of statistical information • Preparation of minutes and agendas for bursary committee meetings and other logistical support as required •

Administrative tasks relating to the financial aid process:
♦ Verification of residential addresses of the recipients of travelling allowances and sourcing of additional funding to support more students ♦ Other administrative tasks.

• Minimum of five years’ working experience in a financial aid administrative role • 2 years’  management/supervisory experience • Work experience within DHET/NSFAS landscape • Excellent communication skills • Strong administrative skills • Highly proficient in Excel and Word • Driver’s licence.

• Experience in TVET sector.
