The Richmond Municipality hereby invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for the following permanent position.

HUMAN RESOURCES CLERK

SALARY: R108 596.04 (MIN.) – R146 578.2 (MAX.) P.A. (TASK LEVEL 06)

Key requirements: • Grade 12 • National Diploma In Human Resources (NQF Level 5-6) or equivalent • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience • Code B driver’s licence • Computer literacy with good verbal, written, communication and report writing skills • Ability to communicate in English and IsiZulu.

Key performance areas: • Coordinate programme and projects related to job creation and poverty alleviation • Coordinate the implementation of EPWP across all sections towards the delivery of EPWP goals • Consolidate and balance journals on a monthly basis • Provide percentage of quarterly EPWP actual reports • Collect and capture registers for payments • Attend to filling for the Department • Assist in training and development of staff • Capture leave • Attend to employee queries • Responsible for the day to day administration including minute taking and typing of documents • Capture data and statistics as and when required.
