Junior Lecturer/Lecturer: Business Studies (1 Post) 

Requirements: Junior Lecturer

• An Honour’s degree in Business Studies • Teaching experience: School/ University (or both) experience = 2years •  Teacher qualification (Or the candidate should commit to enroll for teacher’s qualification within one academic year of assumption of duty. •  Driver’s license Duties: The successful applicant will be expected to: •  Facilitate learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels (both content and pedagogical knowledge, that is, content and methods subject) •  Supervise Honours research projects •  Academic administration  •  Participate in material development for Business Studies •  Contribute towards the Department’s transformational and strategic goals. Lecturer •  A Master’s degree in Business Studies •  Teaching experience: School / University (or both) experience = 5years •  Teacher qualification (Or the candidate should commit to enroll for teacher’s qualification within one academic year of assumption of duty. •  Driver’s license.

Duties:

The successful applicant will be expected to: •  Facilitate learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels (both content and pedagogical knowledge, that is, content and methods subject) •  Supervise Honours and Master’s research projects •  Research and publish articles in accredited journals. •  Academic administration •  Participate in material development for Business Studies. •  Contribute towards the Department’s transformational and strategic goals.
