Meat Market Manager
In this management position your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: managing and maintaining the Meat Market/Butchery including stock takes, stock control, receiving of stock, sales and profits, hygiene, managing of staff and maintaining company standards.
Requirements for this position: • Grade 12/Senior certificate or equivalent qualification • management experience in a meat market/butchery environment • butchery technical skills.
Essential requirements: • an understanding of customer service principles willingness and availability to work flexible retail trading hours.
