ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER

Job Profile: To deliver effective municipal health services in accordance with organisational
policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Environmental Health or equivalent • Successful
completion of the compulsory one-year community service • Successful completion of Peace
Officer training • Proof of current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
as an Independent Practitioner • Relevant experience • Excellent communication skills in at
least two of the three languages of the Western Cape Province • Computer literacy • Excellent
analytical, interpersonal and project management skills • Ability to function effectively in stressful
situations • Valid Code B driver’s licence.

Salary: R291 600 – R378 528 per annum
