RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing and providing academic leadership, ensuring
excellent academic results • Developing and managing learnerships in conjunction
with the Occupational Manager • Applying quality assurance • Keeping abreast of new
developments/latest trends • Implementing and managing new programmes, ensuring
optimal use of resources (physical and academic) • Providing support to academic staff
• Providing academic support to students, reporting on training programmes to senior
management • Budgeting, placing of students in work integrated learning.
REQUIREMENTS: • At least a relevant N3 • Teaching qualification • At least five
year’s teaching experience in relevant field • Management experience in TVET sector
• Computer literacy and Language proficiency in English.
RECOMMENDATIONS: • B Degree or N Diploma or S Diploma • Qualified Artisan relevant
field • Registered Assessor and/or Moderator.
