TECHNICIAN (3 POSTS)

BASIC SALARY: R369 348 PER ANNUM • REF NO: WS 184/21 ● VARIOUS

Requirements:

  • A relevant National Diploma
  • One (1) to two (2) years’ relevant experience
  • Valid Code B driver’s Licence
  • Knowledge of engineering principals related to water and sewer Services

Key performance areas:

  • Assisting with the development facilitation function in the area
  • Assisting with subdivision and rezoning process
  • Implementing maintenance/replacement and capital projects
  • Assisting with the distribution of potable water and the effective conveyance of sewage
  • Liaising with external providers
  • Overseeing instruction and operations to ensure compliance with design and tender specifications
  • Managing plans, drawings, maps and charts of the districts
  • Providing developers and consultants with services information and processing way leaves.
