Total Quality Assurance and Student Services Manager

Salary: R733 257.00 p.a. (Level 11) • Ref. No. 16/m10/19 • Permanent

Requirements: • Grade 12, Master’s Degree in the field of Education/Higher Education, business or Public Administration • Five years’ of experience in Total Quality Assurance Management • Knowledge of relevant policies and legislation in Higher Education and FET Institutions are compulsory • Knowledge of project development, management, monitoring and evaluation • Valid driver’s licence Code EB.

Key Performance Areas: • Responsible for the Institute facilities related to the academic and training programmes • Implementation of academic plans by ensuring appropriate , effective curriculum development and revision as required by the industry and regulatory bodies • Serve as secretary to the Institute’s quality assurance committee and Board of Examiners • Coordinate the implementation of student assessments • Provide an oversight on student welfare and academic support • Development of Total Quality Assurance policies, systems, processes and procedures • Accreditation of Higher Education and Training, and Further Education and Training programmes • Management and Coordination of the Institute’s committees and partnerships • Coordinate Institutional planning and reporting, monitoring and evaluation of the Institute performance plans.
