The successful candidate will be required to perform the following key performance areas and be responsible for: • Grass cutting in the Greater Knysna • Municipal assets and equipment • Operating a tractor and mower • On-site occupational health and safety • Recordkeeping of work completed • Preparation of work area.
Minimum qualification and requirements:
• Grade 10 • Valid Code B driver’s licence • Must be able to read and write • Must be able to operate a tractor and grass cutting mower • Must be able to work in a team, work overtime as and when requested • Must be able to assist with grass cutting in other areas
All applications will be considered, but in terms of its Employment Equity Plan, the municipality would
prefer to appoint either an African/Coloured/Indian/White female or Indian Male, if a suitable candidate
in that category can be identified.
