WATER TANKER SUPERVISOR (5 POSTS)
NONGOMA LM X1, ULUNDI LM X1, UPHONGOLO LM X1, ABAQULUSI LM X1 AND EDUMBE LM X1
SALARY SCALE: R165 186.52 – R190 688.67 p.a. (POST LEVEL B2)
Requirements: • Valid Grade12/Matric Certificate • A valid Code EB drivers’ licence • At least one year of Water Tankers supervisory experience • Fluency in Isizulu and English • Ability to work under pressure which will include performing duties outside normal working hours, weekends and public holidays.
Key performance areas: • Manage and supervise the Water Tankers during the operation of delivery of water to the rural areas of Zululand District Municipality • Responsible for the overall inspection of Water Tanker Trip Sheets and Speedometer Readings • Responsible for the overall reports keeping on the daily operations of Water Tankers • Responsible for ensuring all Water Tankers operate according to prescribed routes and report back to Management on daily operations • Responsible for the overall administration and site correspondence for records purposes.
