Field Support Engineer
In this role you will ensure continuous IT infrastructure service delivery
for IT users through timely installations and resolving issues. As Field
Support Engineer you will be responsible for: • Incident management of
end user and store devices • Setting up, confi guring and installing end
point devices, i.e. desktops and POS • Managing infrastructure vendors,
i.e. cabling, UPS, Voice, Data, end point installations • Managing the new
store opening process.
To impress us, you will need: • A Botswana citizenship • Matric and an A+
or N+ Certifi cation • MCSE Certifi cation • 3-5 years’ experience of IT fi eld
support • Knowledge of: Microsoft products i.e. Windows, Offi ce suite
etc; Networks topologies, support and setup thereof; TCP/IP Networking;
UNIX and Linux • Code 8 driver’s licence • A valid passport • Ability to
travel vast distances and be away from home regularly.
