f) Condition I B(2) and II B(2) contained in T7183/2008 of Erf 593, Belvidere

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 45 of the Knysna Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning (2016) that the abovementioned application has been received and is available for inspection during office hours at the office of the Town Planning Department, 3 Church Street, Knysna; the Knysna Library; as well as the municipal website:

Any written comments may be addressed in terms of Section 50 of the said legislation to the Municipal Manager, P.O Box 21, Knysna  6570 or via email

The municipality may refuse to accept comments received after the closing date.
