[c] Subdivision and Rezoning of the Consolidated Erf in terms of Sections 15(2)(d) and 15(2)(a) of the Knysna Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning (2016), into the following portions:

1) Portions 1-12 to “Special Residential” zone

2) Portion 13 to Remainder of 3535 (Encroachment area to be consolidated with Erven 4869 and 3537)

3) Portion 14 to “Street” zone

[d] Departure from certain parameters in the Zoning Scheme with regard to the minimum erf size, minimum street width and the provision of public open space as prescribed in the Special Residential Zone, in terms of Section 15(2)(b) of the Knysna Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning (2016).

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 45 of the Knysna Municipality By-law on Municipal Land Use Planning (2016) that the abovementioned application has been received and is available for inspection during office hours at the office of the Town Planning Department, 3 Church Street, Knysna; the Sedgefield Library; as well as the municipal website:
