Richmond Municipality (Re-Advertisement) Hire/Lease of Photocopier Machines

INVITATION TO TENDER
HIRE/LEASE OF 8 PHOTOCOPIER MACHINES

Bids are hereby invited from service provider for the lease of 8 photocopier machines for the
period of three (3) years as per specification contained in the tender document.
The tender will be adjudicated in two stages of which the first stage will be functionality
and the second stage will be 80:20 preference point systems. Each bidder must score
60 points for functionality to be considered for the second stage of evaluation. Bidders are
encouraged to submit their BBBEE certificates to claim preference points.
PROVISION OF SHORT-TERM INSURANCE
TENDER NUMBER 12/2017/2018
Richmond Municipality solicits prospective service providers for provision of short term
insurance services for over a period of three (3) years commencing 02 July 2018 to 30 June
2021. Scope of work or deliverables would be covering all municipal properties, plant and
equipment (movables and immovable).
The tender will be adjudicated in two stages of which the first stage will be functionality
and the second stage will be 80:20 preference point systems. Each bidder must score
70 points for functionality to be considered for the second stage of evaluation. Bidders are
encouraged to submit their BBBEE certificates to claim preference points.
GRAP AND MSCOA COMPLIANT FIXED ASSET
REGISTER
TENDER NUMBER 13/2017/2018
Bids are hereby invited from suitable, qualified and experienced Professional Service
Providers to submit a proposal to prepare a GRAP and mSCOA Compliant Fixed Asset
Register (FAR) for Richmond Local Municipality.
The tenders will be adjudicated via two stages of which the first stage will be functionality
and the second stage will be 80:20 preference point systems. Each bidder must score
80 points for functionality to be considered for the second stages of evaluation. Bidders
are encouraged to submit certified copies of BBBEE certificate to claim preference points.
FOR THE ABOVE THREE (3) TENDERS:
Only bidders who are registered with National Treasury Suppliers Database (CSD) will
be eligible to bid.
Bid documents may be obtained from the Budget & Treasury Office after payment of a
non-refundable fee of R363.20, during normal working hours Monday to Friday at Municipal
Offices, 57 Shepstone Street, Richmond as from 12th April 2018.
The completed tender documents complying with the conditions of tender must be sealed
and endorsed “WITH RELEVANT DESCRIPTION AND TENDER NUMBER” and MUST
be hand delivered and deposited in the official tender box located at the reception area of
the Richmond Municipality at 57 Shepstone Street during the office hours from 08h00
to 16h00 Monday to Friday. The closing date for the tender is 26th April 2018 at 10h00
which will be followed by a public opening (No faxed, electronic documents etc
will be accepted). Documents received post-closing date and time will be returned
unopened.

The Richmond Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest bid or part thereof and
