The WESTERN CAPE COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND TRAINING COLLEGE (WCCETC) in
Cape Town hereby invites bids from accredited and experienced Service Providers for the
delivery of a range of skills programmes across the Western Cape province in all districts
for a period of six (6) months.

WESTERN CAPE COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND TRAINING COLLEGE may choose to appoint
one service provider or several providers per learning programme depending on the
merits of bids. WESTERN CAPE COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND TRAINING COLLEGE reserves
the right to determine which bidders, if any, are appointed in response to this request for
submission of bids and reserves the right not to appoint the highest scoring bidder based
on sound justification in line with the Preferential Procurement Policy Regulation (2011)

Skills Development Training must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be placed
only in the tender box at the WESTERN CAPE COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND TRAINING
COLLEGE’s office, which is located at:
22 Bowler Street, AVON, ELSIES RIVER, CAPE TOWN.
The tender specifications document can only be requested by email to the email

The closing date for the bid submission is Friday, 22 February 2019 at 12:00.
No faxed or e-mailed bids will be accepted.
