INVITATION TO TENDER
Bids are hereby invited in terms of Section 18(a) of the Msinga Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy together with Section 83 of the Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, as amended and read together with Sections 110,111 and 112 of the Municipal Finance Management Act No. 56 of 2003 for:
HIRING OF TRUCKS WITH THEIR OPERATORS FOR THE PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS (FOR WET RATE)
(ON AS AN WHEN REQUIRED BASIS)
QUOTATION NUMBER: QOU007/2019/2020
The following Trucks are required and service providers can supply on of the following:
- 12 Ton Truck with side steel frame
- 10 Ton Truck with side steel frame
- 5 Ton Truck with side steel frame
- 4 Ton Truck with side steel frame
- 2 Ton Truck with side steel frame
The closing date is 30 August 2019 at 12h00. No late quotations will be considered and Msinga Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest of any quotations and reserves the right to accept the whole or any part of the tender.
