Bid documents with the necessary terms of reference, may be obtained from the EC Gambling Board, Quenera Drive, Beacon Bay, East London or on ECGB website: http://www.ecgb.org.za as from 20 November 2019 during working hours only.
Completed bid documents accompanied by all necessary documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked with full bid description and bid number, must be forwarded to PO Box 15355, Beacon Bay 5205 or may be deposited in the bid box situated at the Eastern Cape Gambling Board, Quenera Park, Quenera Drive, Beacon Bay by not later than the stipulated dates and time.
An original or original certified copy of BEE certificate/An original or certified copy of sworn affidavit (if applicable) is required in order to qualify for preference points.
Bidders must complete and sign all SBD forms, attach latest Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) full report or Unique security Personal Identification Number (PIN) from SARS. Incomplete or late, telegraphic, e-mailed and/or faxed bids or proposals will not be accepted for consideration.
