INVITATION TO TENDER

The Zululand District Municipality hereby invites tenders for:

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SALGA GAMES 2019 KITS “TRACKSUITS”

CONTRACT No: ZDM 025/2020

Tenderers are hereby invited for the Supply and Delivery of SALGA Games 2019 Kits “Tracksuits” as contained on the specification with this tender for the Zululand District Municipality.

The work of the Service Provider is to ensure timeously Supply and Delivery of SALGA Games 2019 kits. The kits expected are inclusive of Tracksuits as contained by Volume 1 and 2 specification of this contract document.

All those requiring tender documents, MUST e-mail or fax the relevant tender information with tender number, company information, tender contact person and contact details to: Mrs Nomsa Sithole, by e-mail: nsithole@zululand.org.za or Fax on (086) 699 3451 not later than the 16 November 2019 for their tender documents to be prepared and reserved.

No tender clarification meeting will be held for this contract.

The stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content for this bid is 80%.

Tender document will be available on the 19 November 2019 from 08h30 to 15h30 ONLY, and must be collected from SCM Section, Office No: G16 at the Zululand District Municipality Offices in Ulundi during office hours, upon representing a cash receipt for the payment of the tender, where payment deposit can be done at Cashiers Office situated at the main office entrance Finance Department, ground floor of Zululand District Municipality.

A R500.00 non-refundable deposit (Cash only) is required for each tender document drawn.

TENDER CLOSING DATE: FRIDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2019 AT 12H00.

Duly completed tender documents sealed in an envelope and marked with a Tender Number and the Closing Date as stated in the tender document are to be deposited into the tender box at Zululand District Municipality Foyer, Lot B-400, Gagane Street, Ulundi, 3838 by no later than 12h00 on the closing date where they will be opened in public. Telegraphic, telefaxed or posted tenders “Will Not” be accepted

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the tender data of this contract.

The Zululand District Municipality and its Bid Committee members does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender or to furnish any reasons for the acceptance or rejection of any tender on this contract.
