Bids are hereby invited from suitable service providers to prepare an environmental impact assessment report (basic assessment) andconsultation with the competent authority and Specialists Studies required for the project for the review and approval of the project, which will be located within the Khenana area, Ward 10, of the Mandeni Local Municipality.
A compulsory briefing session will be held on Monday, 14 October 2019 at Sibusisiwe Hall, No. 2 Thokoza Road, Sundumbili at 12h00.
APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE REVIEWING OF THE SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK FOR THE MANDENI MUNICIPALITY

Bids are hereby invited from suitable service providers for the Reviewing of the Spatial Development Framework for Mandeni Municipality.
A compulsory briefing session will be held on Monday, 14 October 2019 at Sibusisiwe Hall, No. 2 Thokoza Road, Sundumbili at 10h00.
FOR THE ABOVE TWO BIDS:
Bid documents will only be available at the Cashiers, Civic Centre, 2 Kingfisher Road, Mandeni from Thursday, 03 October 2019 until Friday, 11 October 2019 during working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08h00 to 15h00. A non-refundable fee of R350.00 will be charged per document (cash or bank guaranteed cheques only). There will be no selling of bid documents after Friday, 11 October 2019 at 15h00.
Bids are to be completed in accordance with the conditions attached tothe Bid document and must be sealed in an envelope and marked:“WITH THE RELEVANT BID NAME AND NUMBER”and must be deposited in the tender box situated at the reception: Civic Centre, 2 Kingfisher Road, Mandeni no later than 12h00 on Friday, 18 October 2019 at which time bids will be opened in public. Closing time will ONLY be determined by the Municipal watch at the reception. The name and address of the bidder must be clearly written on the sealed envelope containing the Bid document.
Late submission, e-mailed or faxed bids will under no circumstances be considered.
Only bidders registered on Central Suppliers Database (CSD) will be considered and must provide proof of registration.
The Mandeni Municipality subscribes to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Act No. 5 of 2000 and its associated Regulations of 2017. The 80/20 principle applies to this bid. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days. The Mandeni Municipality does not bind itself to accepting the lowest, or any Bidder, either wholly or in part or give any reason for such action.
