SUPPLY AND DELIVERY FIRE FIGHTING VEHICLE (RESCUE VAN ) 1 X (4X4 SINGLE CAB BAKKIE COMPLETE WITH SUPER STRUCTURE)

Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality is requesting Bids from a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider for the supply and delivery of fire fighting vehicle 1 x (4×4 Single Cab Bakkie complete with Super Structure).
The meeting point for the briefing will be at Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality offices in Main Street, Creighton on the 02 August 2019 at 10h15. A representative from Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality will meet prospective Bidders to provide details of the Contract.
Documents to be submitted with Bid: MDB 6.2 and annexure C, D and E.
N.B: The stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content for this bid is as following:
• Crew Cabin 100%
• Super Structure 100%
• Assembly 100%
Only locally produced goods, services or works or locally manufactured goods, with a stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content will be considered.
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2 X 2,5L DOUBLE CABS (TRAFFIC AND DISASTER VEHICLES)

Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality is requesting Bids from a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider for the supply and delivery of 2 x 2,5l Double Cab’s (Traffic and Disaster vehicles).
The meeting point for the briefing will be at Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality offices in Main Street, Creighton on the 02 August 2019 at 10h15. A representative from Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality will meet prospective Bidders to provide details of the Contract.
Documents to be submitted with Bid: Registration with RMI or NADA.
FOR THE ABOVE 2 TENDERS:
The Bids will be evaluated in terms of the Functionality (detailed functionality is available on www.ndz.gov.za) and 80/20 Price and Preferential Procurement Point system and the points will be allocated as follows. 80 – Price, 20 – BBBEE.
Bid Documents will only be made available at the date of bid briefing from 08h00 to 10h00 and will be issued upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of R418.00 per document. Only cash or bank guaranteed cheques will be accepted. All cheques must be made out to Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Local Municipality.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE BID DOCUMENT: • Valid original Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN • A certified copy of the most recent municipal account in which the business is registered. District municipality (water) and Local municipality (rates, electricity and other). A letter of exemption can be obtained from the Municipality for incumbents who do not pay for services together with a letter of proof of residency • Certified copy of a Ccertificate of Company Registration with the Registrar of Companies and CC’s (CK) • Certified copy of B-BBEE certificate / Certified Affidavit • Certified copies of ID’s • Form of offer • MDB 1,4, 8 and 9 • Registration with CSD.

Bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the BID NUMBER AND CLOSING DATE and dropped off in the tender box at the Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality Offices, Main street, Creighton by no later than 15 August 2019 before 12h00. Late or faxed Bids will not be accepted. Failure to comply with the above conditions will invalidate your offer.
NB: The offers must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date for submission of bids.
The Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality reserves the right not to make an appointment.
