PROCUREMENT NOTICE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS MULTIMEDIA AND VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES FOR THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK ADB/RFP/CHGS/2020/0168

1. The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) intent to select providers of multimedia and video production services at its Headquarters and in its Regional Directorates. The Bank therefore wishes to invite technical and financial proposals from experienced companies for provision of the above services.
2. The Bank is seeking to establish with the selected service providers framework agreements of one (1) year duration with the possibility of three renewals, subject to satisfactory performance.
3. Interested bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries, the list of which is provided at www.afdb.org/
4. The scope of the project and the forms to be completed are described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document that is available for downloading from http://www.afdb.org/en/about-us/corporate-procurement/procurement-notices/current-solicitations/.
5. This procurement process is being conducted through the online tendering platform of the Bank. Interested Bidders must be registered in the Bank system using the link below: https://eprocurement.afdb.org.sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zsup_reg_submit#.
6. The Bank will organize a non-mandatory pre-bid conference 04 November at 10:00 A.M. Abidjan time.
7. The technical and financial proposals should be submitted below by 23 November 2020 at 12:00 hours Abidjan (local time), Côte d’Ivoire. The link for electronic submission is: https://eprocurement.afdb.org/irj/portal.
8. The system will reject late proposals.
9. Bidders will be advised in due course of the results of their submissions.
