TENDER NOTICE

Tender No: FCC 003 – 2020/21

Tenders are invited from experienced suitable service providers to supply and fit of furniture for new student residence at Fort Cox Agriculture and Forestry Training Institute.

Tender documentation with detailed specification will be available at Fort Cox Agriculture and Forestry Training Institute, Cwaru Village, Middledrift from Tuesday, 20 October 2020.

A deposit of R350.00 must be paid to the following bank account in order to obtain a tender document: Name of the Bank: FNB, Account holder: Fort Cox College of Agriculture and Forestry, Account Number: 62000658049.

NB: Cash payments will not be accepted

Compulsory briefing will be held as follows: Friday, 23 October 2020 at 10:00. No service providers will be allowed in the briefing session after 10:30.

Tender documents should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception at Administration Block, Fort Cox Agriculture and Forestry Training Institute, Cwaru Village Middledrift. Closing date for tenders is 06 November 2020 at 11:00.

No tenders will be accepted after the closing time. Faxed/e-mailed tenders will not be accepted.
