CALL FOR THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
BUSINESS HUB UMZIMKHULU
LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
PROPOSAL NO: ULM-PNLG 0010/19
UMzimkhulu Local Municipality hereby invites interested and suitable bidders who
are interested and have a financial capacity in the development of the Riverside
Business Node to submit proposals for development of the Riverside Business Hub.
The Business Hub aims at opening opportunities as well as viable and sustainable
businesses that will create jobs.
A briefing meeting on the above will take place at Umzimkhulu Local
Municipality Boardroom (Makhosini Building) on 20 September 2018
at 11h00.

Priority will be given to Harry Gwala District Municipality Residents and
to those that have experience.
Invalid or non-submission of the following documents will render the
bidder disqualified: • Certified proof of Company Registration • Sign all relevant
MBD Forms attached on the Terms of Reference • Certificate of Authority to sign
all documents in connection with this proposal and any contract or agreement
which may arise therefrom, duly signed and dated, shall be provided by the Board
of Directors of the company and shall be attached and must be on a Company
letter head.

Terms of Reference in a SEALED ENVELOPE CLEARLY INDICATING THE
PROPOSAL NUMBER AND PROPOSAL NAME, must be deposited in the
tender box of UMzimkhulu Local Municipality, located at 169 Main Street,
UMzimkhulu, 3297 reception area, not later than 19 October 2018
at 12h00. Telegraphic, telex, telephone, electronic, facsimile and late proposal
WILL NOT be accepted.
