INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF LAPTOP, DESKTOP, TABLETS AND OTHER COMPUTER CONSUMABLES
TENDER NO: ICT 2019/01
WITS ICT (Information Communication and Technology) of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, invites tenders for the supply, installation, and maintenance of HP, APPLE MAC, DELL and Lenovo laptops and desktops as well as tablet devices and other computer consumables as specified in the scope of work. The bidder must be an OEM or OEM certified for sales and support for the equipment being tendered for, with a minimum of silver partnership status. If the tenderer is an OEM, they must ensure that additional services as per the scope of work are complied with regardless of who is fulfilling the responsibility.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who are Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Contributors, specifically those with a BBBEE Level from 1 to 4.
Only tenderers who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria as set out in the tender documents should submit tenders.

Doors will be closed at 10:15.
The closing time for receipt of tenders is 03 May 2019 at 12:00. Tender Offers submitted after this time will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
